*Summer Shipping*

Candle wax can melt in high temperatures. Because of this, we do everything in our power to get your candles to you as quick as possible. To prevent your package from sitting overnight in transport, we only ship Monday-Wednesday during the Summer. Orders received Thursday-Sunday are processed on Monday's. Please check your tracking frequently and try to bring your candles in from your mailbox as soon as possible.  

Shipping Policy

Please note that we do not offer in person drop offs or pickups. All items will be delivered through USPS Priority Mail. Orders take 1-3 business days to be delivered after your order has been processed. Orders can be tracked at USPS.com. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. We will continue to do our best to process all orders in a timely manner while taking the necessary steps to ensure our team and our customers are safe. 

Five Seven Lit is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery of the packages.

 

Return Policy
